Quick Notes

Quick Notes is a scratchpad you can open from anywhere in the app, using the microphone or sketch icon in the rail. It's where raw thoughts go before they become plans.

Capture by voice​

Click the microphone and speak. A pulsing indicator tells you it's listening, and your words appear as you talk. The box grows with long notes, so nothing gets cut off.

Voice uses your browser's speech recognition, so availability depends on your browser.

Schedule a note​

Below the note is a strip of seven days, in your week-start order, plus a date picker. Choose an identity, click a day, and the note becomes an action in that day's plan.

The note and the action stay linked. Edit either one and the other updates.

Controls​

  • Collapse a scheduled note into a small pill.
  • Unlink a note from its task without deleting either.
  • Delete a note. You'll be asked to confirm.
